Info:

This Boss 429 model was based upon the re-worked mesh and textures which I released some time ago as the Boss 302 for Racer. Thanks to all at the Racer forums for their feedback on the first 69 302 mesh. This feedback led to a large re-design of the mesh in the hope that I could make it more accurate than before. This newly re-designed mesh was destined for another project and not originally intended for release to Racer or MM2. However, after the stalling of this other project I did not want all the work to go to waste so minor additions were made to the mesh along with some moderate texture changes and Bang! here is the 429.

The car physics are based on the GT500 car that I released some time ago for MM2. As this was reasonable tuning I felt no need to mess things up for this release.

Polygons used:

      Car Body: 6495
         Wheel: 693 x 4
  Brake Lights: 24

         Total: 9291

Thanks to:

Everyone at the Racer forums for their critique, ideas, inspiration and contributions to the Racer community.
In particular thanks to Frank NO and Ryan T.
Special thanks to stecki, his models and textures have given me many ideas and much inspiration for the way I create my own. And 'The Wolf' for some key ini values that found their way from his '69 302 ini.
Mr_Sparkle for locking the MM2 version of the car.
Everyone at MM2c for their support.

Conditions of use:

You may NOT convert this car to any other game without my prior written permission. Also, you may NOT use any artwork (such as the textures) as a base for your own models without my prior written permission. This is a common courtesy and I am sure you would expect the same if you had spent so many hours on something similar.
